A play on the word “hybrid,” HiBird is the intersection between a boutique hotel, an apartment rental, and a cozy smart home. Modular accommodations in the very heart of Condado for those seeking warmth, practicality, and a good time.
Who is hibird for?
Our dynamic, safe, and fun living spaces are designed to meet the needs of groups of friends, families with young children, remote-working nomads, couples on honeymoon, and even entire wedding parties. Our modern apartments can easily accommodate groups or couples, providing just the right amount of privacy with the convenience of adjoining rooms.
How many apartments do you have?
HiBird boasts 27 unique apartments that are perfect for your next stay. Each apartment is designed with your comfort in mind, and many of them can be connected to accommodate larger groups or families.
Do you have properties in other places?
Our Condado property in San Juan is our first and only property. But we look forward to expanding!
Is it better to reserve through AirBNB or direct?
You can reserve through Airbnb or directly with us to get more perks. Your choice!
Do you have room cleaning service?
We offer daily light cleaning totally free of charge.
What time is check-in?
How do I check-in/check-out?
Our check-in process is quick and convenient. Upon your arrival at our hotel, you will be warmly greeted by our friendly host at the lobby. They will be there to assist you and guide you to our self-check-in kiosks. These are equipped with user-friendly touch screen pads, making the process seamless and efficient. With just five simple steps, you’ll be on your way to enjoying your stay in no time. Our self-check-in process is designed to save you time and make your arrival as hassle-free as possible. The check out process requires the same steps as Checking in.
Do you have a stay maximum?
Nope! You will want to stay with us if you visit Puerto Rico frequently so we’re working on a loyalty reward program. Coming soon!
What about laundry?
Community washers and dryers are available on almost every floor. You can pay with quarters or scan a QR code to use a credit card.
Are pets allowed?
Only Service Animals (SA) and Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are allowed at HiBird.

Do you have wifi?
Yes, we have high-speed WiFi and it’s free for all our guests.
Do you have breakfast?
The Pure restaurant on the ground floor offers a la carte breakfast.
Do you have room service?
No room service. If you’re hungry, you can always order something yummy from the Pure restaurant and pick it up in our lobby. Additionally, you can visit Grab and Go for something quick and delicious.
